Supporting the people of Ukraine and other refugees to Canada

Thank you for your interest in supporting the people of Ukraine and other refugees to Canada.

Here is what you need to know.

The Immigrant Welcome Centre is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization and our purpose is to help newcomers settle on the North Island by providing information, services, and programs.

The Immigrant Welcome Centre is not directly involved in bringing Ukrainian refugees to our communities, or in collecting funds or donations. Once refugees or other immigrants arrive, we can assist them with their settlement needs.

If you would like more information on what the Immigrant Welcome Centre does, please visit our website: http://www.immigrantwelcome.ca/
