{"id":5391,"date":"2023-07-04T11:17:49","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T18:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immigrantwelcome.ca\/?p=5391"},"modified":"2023-07-04T11:15:12","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T18:15:12","slug":"take-our-2023-community-survey-now-until-august-11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immigrantwelcome.ca\/take-our-2023-community-survey-now-until-august-11\/","title":{"rendered":"Take our 2023 Community Survey now until August 11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>What does the community need more of for settlement and integration of immigrants and refugees?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Do you think our community has a reputation for being open and welcoming for newcomers?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Have you experienced discrimination while living in the community?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We invite you to tell us your perceptions about immigration and how we can make our communities more welcoming for newcomers.<\/p>\n<p>The Immigrant Welcome Centre\u2019s Welcoming Communities Coalition wants to hear from you to better understand how to best support international immigrants and refugees living in Campbell River, the Comox Valley, and neighbouring communities.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a newcomer who has lived here for more than 5 years or if you were born in Canada, you can fill out our survey <strong>between July 5 and August 11<\/strong>.
