The Immigrant Welcome Centre is pleased to announce our partnership with World Community for their 33rd World Community Film Festival.
We’re especially looking forward to watching the six movies that we have sponsored: Tiny, Long Distance Swimmer: Sara Mardini, Not Quite That, Not Your Model Minority, Dancing in A-Yard, and Breaking the News.
These six movies, along with many others, will be available for screenings on Friday, February 02nd, 2024, and Saturday, February 03rd, 2024 at the Sid Williams Theatre and the Florence Filberg Rotary Room. A virtual Film festival will also take place from February 15th to the 18th, with tickets and information available on Sunday, February 4th, 2024.
