Ingredients:
Two cups of unbleached flour
Two cups of whole wheat flour
One teaspoon of dry yeast
One teaspoon of salt
1 and 2/3 cups of lukewarm water
One tablespoon of olive oil
One can of tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Basil
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven at the warm setting. Coat the inside of a big bowl with some olive oil. In a different bowl, mix together all the ingredients until you have a smooth dough. Switch off the oven. Transfer the dough into the bowl coated with oil, cover it with a plastic wrap and put it in the oven. Let it rest for at least one hour. Remove the dough from the over.
Preheat the oven at 350°F. Divide the dough in two. You can use two pizza pans or two baking sheets. Flat the dough into the pans, add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cook for 24 minutes, then switch off the oven and let the pizza rest for 5 minutes. Add a couple of leaves of basil and your pizza is ready!
