Ingredients:
2 pieces chicken breast or thigh cubed
Directions:
Marinade the chicken with 1 tbsp each of salt, sugar, garlic powder and black pepper powder for at least an hour. Coat the chicken with sweet potato starch or tapioca starch and fry it (use a small pan and batch fry it by covering at least half of the chicken pieces). Add basil just as you’re almost done deep frying . The fried basil is really greasy and we don’t recommend eating it, just use it for flavor.
